Editor: How do you feel about Beyoncé using your name in the lyrics of her song?

Bill Gates: Yeah, I hadn’t realized that she did that until somebody in the office actually sent me a copy of the lyrics and I said, “Are you serious? This is kind of a strange set of words here.” I’m surprised—I’m not sure she said those words at the Super Bowl, though, did she?

“I guess it’s nice that people consider me successful. I actually haven’t met Beyoncé. I know Jay-Z, because we did some humour bit at my retirement from Microsoft —he was nice about participating in that, and did a great job on that. I guess I should do a Bing search and see if there are more uses of my name that I don’t know about. Said Bill Gates.

Oh Bill (How many times did I call you?)! Of course, she did say that at the Super Bowl. Are you new to Hollywood? Come, let me show you the way.

Bill, did you also refer to Beyonce’s lyrics as “strange words”? I am sure you are not immune to the wrath of the beehive (beehive:die-hard Beyonce fans). Do not let them come for you. Or maybe you are serious about not understanding the lyrics. You probably communicate in computer programming and codes hence the confusion with the song language. Learner!
(Reads the article some more then….)
Oh Bill! Your super Microsoft brain made you millions. There is nowhere in the question from the mere mortal editor asking you if you have met our dear Bey. What’s with “….I actually haven’t met Beyonce”? I sense some wistfulness in that line. Anyway, I have not met her too so wait your turn.

(Just kidding guys). Beyonce was only a snippet of this interview. I am sure he was trying to be human (*coughs* Sorry – I meant nice). Bill of course primarily focused on his major world projects to combat hunger, global warming and of course the 2016 elections through this interview. He is too busy with “things that actually matter” to care about how white or black Beyonce was at the Super Bowl….
Did you see how he chipped in “Bing Search”, his web search engine in the interview? (Smart Businessman). Hmm. I do not know, Bill. Google is still the king of search engines, and will be for a long while.

Bill Gates and Jay Z. “…This is high level, not eye level…”

………..It was nice interviewing you, Bill (in my dreams)
